These photos span a couple of days, but I’m not sure which ones were from which days. It doesn’t matter. Here is a nice little pitcher of cream. Oh, how I love f/1.4.

the photo of the singer isn’t great, (the lighting in the iron horse is pisspoor and I admit i don’t have proper camera equipment anymore) BUTi don’t give a rat’s patoot… because… i saw my favorite singer in the world to see last night at the iron horse. a singer i’ve seen in california, boston, northampton, etc… anyone who has ever met me knows the rhett miller/old 97s love that i have… the potential of much hand clapping and a permanent smile… and then i got coffee and ice cream in the rain and walked around on the drizzly streets of northampton. nearly perfect.

In the afternoon, the sun reflects off of the windows on our side of the building and makes neat shapes in the shadows of the trees.

it’s my one day off. and it’s pleasantly gloomy out. i’ve decided to spend the whole day by myself on the couch watching “6 feet under” DVDs and listening to the rain on the windowsill. i love grey light coming in through windows.
